What is Skritter? It’s the Japanese learning app that’s fun, intuitive, and filled with all the materials you’ll need to get to grips with Japanese reading and writing.
Skritter makes learning to read and write Japanese simple and effective. All you need to get started is a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
In a few minutes, you’ll be on your way to learning to read and write Japanese. You’ll start by learning the meaning of the characters and then practicing writing them, so you’ll soon be able to read and write your own text messages, emails, and even some of the words in the news.
You can choose to learn one character or go for a whole word. You’ll be guided throughout your study by an intuitive, interactive flashcard system. The flashcards help you remember the character and its meaning, and they’re perfect for practicing writing.
With hundreds of pre-made decks, you’ll have the materials you need to learn to read and write Japanese at your fingertips. And with our Review Mode, you can study and improve your Japanese skills even further.
